The Loetus Process

So you're here and you have a project you need help on. Now what? So that you know what to expect, here's an outline of the steps for any project with Loetus if you're interested in getting started now or later on down the line.

Step 1: Clarifying the Project— What Do You Need?
(approx. 15-30min)

You + Loetus will chat over the phone, over the Internet, or over a beer about your project and about what, when, how, and why. This takes about half an hour (and doesn't cost you anything :)

Step 2: Loetus Proposal— Here's What We Can Do...
(approx. 15min for review)

Loetus synthesizes all the info from the last step and will provide you with a short doc that clearly outlines a proposed what, when, how— and how much. You spend some time with it, maybe shop it around, and make the call when you're ready.

Step 3: The Creative Brief— What's Your Vision?
(approx 30min-1hr)

You + Loetus will get together in a totally fun, relaxed right-brain conversation to discuss your vision, play with ideas, and talk about what you like or don't like and maybe sketch things on a napkin.

Step 4: Production— We Get Our Hands Dirty
(varies by project)

Loetus gets busy and starts cranking out work that includes plans and designs. Each production round will end in a client review and depending on the project, may include additional rounds.

Step 5: Final Production— Let's Get it Running
(varies by project)

Loetus gets under the hood and commits final approved plans and designs to the final product which will also end in a client review.

Step 6: Revisions & Testing— Test-Drive
(approx 30min-1hr...)

You + Loetus will test, nip and tuck the project with one last fine tooth comb to make sure it's flawless.

Step 7: Done :)— Let 'Er Rip

You + Loetus crack the champagne
